Channel Manager
We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our Affiliate team at our headquarters located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for managing the company's affiliate marketing program. They will work with a team of marketers to identify and recruit new affiliates, track campaigns, and optimize campaign performance. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
This position is a hybrid role open to residents of Puerto Rico and US citizens willing to relocate to Puerto Rico.

ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Affiliate team operates several international brands and functions as an internal performance marketing agency to recruit potential partners, publishers, and influencers within US, LATAM, EMEA, & APAC. Our goal is to drive revenue for each of our brands within their geographical areas and expand our reach to our target markets. This team works closely with the product, engineering, and platform teams to accomplish our revenue goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and recruit new affiliates
- Develop and negotiate affiliate agreements
- Track affiliate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize affiliate campaigns
- Communicate with affiliates and resolve any issues
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies
- Work with other marketing team members to integrate affiliate marketing into the company's overall marketing efforts
- Fraud Tracking and Monitoring
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in Impact.com, Commission Junction, and many other platforms.
- Experience working with EZEpo email suppression software or equivalent
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and Outreach via cold calling and cold email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools

STARTING PAY RANGE
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
